PharmaCare designates certain products as Limited Coverage Drugs. For these drugs Pharmacare has identified criteria for granting a Special Authority. A request form must be submitted to PharmaCare for coverage. For a list of drugs eligible for Limited Coverage Benefits from Pharmacare click here
